What you earn
Your commission is 20% of what the customer actually pays, after their 10% discount. Examples:

Programme terms
- You earn 20% of the first payment made by a new customer who signs up with your code or within 60 days of clicking your link (the last partner link clicked wins), and 20% of their Tala subscription and monthly add-on payments for 12 months from sign-up.
- Commissions are confirmed 30 days after each payment. If the customer is refunded within that time, the commission is cancelled.
- Confirmed commissions are paid monthly by PayPal once your balance reaches £20. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
- No commission on your own purchases, or on customers who have already bought from Gear Radar before.
- No spam, no misleading claims, and no paid search ads on the name "Gear Radar" or "Tala". Do not present yourself as Gear Radar staff.
- You are responsible for any tax on your earnings. Partners are independent, not employees or agents of Gear Radar.
- We may decline an application, or close a partner account and withhold unconfirmed commissions if these terms are broken. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email.
Questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free and there are no targets.
Can I be a customer and a partner?
Yes. Customers can also use /invite in Tala to give a friend 50% off their first month and get a free month. The partner programme pays cash instead, and is open to anyone.
How do I see my results?
After approval we email you a private dashboard link showing visits from your link, customers, and pending, confirmed and paid commissions.
Which countries can join?
Anyone with a PayPal account that can receive payments in GBP.
